The People Behind Your Installation
Who you deal with at each stage, and what they do.

ROLES
Who you’ll work with
A solar installation passes through several sets of hands. Rather than names and headshots, here is what each role does and when you will hear from them.
Installations are carried out by our crew and our vetted local contractor partners, and all electrical work is done by licensed electricians. You keep the same point of contact from the first visit to switch-on.
- 01
Solar assessor
Your first call and first visit. Reviews a year of bills, the roof, the shade and the panel box, and tells you plainly whether solar is worth pursuing.
- 02
System designer
Turns the assessment into a drawing: panel layout, inverter, racking and the electrical design. Prepares the documents for FortisBC and any strata or design committee.
- 03
Licensed electrician
Pulls the Technical Safety BC permit and makes every electrical connection: inverter, disconnect, panel box and, where needed, the service upgrade.
- 04
Roofing lead
Responsible for every roof penetration: locating rafters, flashing mounts, tile hooks on tile roofs, and leaving the roof watertight.
- 05
Project coordinator
Keeps the timeline: books the inspection, chases the FortisBC approval, schedules install days around your plans and hands over your documents.
- 06
Service technician
After switch-on: output checks, inverter faults, remove-and-reinstall for re-roofing and annual checks, including on systems we didn’t install.
