Costs, output and savings
All prices, sizes, output figures, savings, payback years and decoder results are estimates and ranges. They reflect typical Kelowna installations and the rates and programs in effect when written. Results depend on roof direction, pitch, shade and condition, your electrical service, your usage, smoke and weather in a given year, and the equipment chosen. Actual results can differ considerably.
Nothing on this site guarantees performance, savings, payback or backup runtime. Only a written quotation sets your price, and only the warranties in your signed agreement and from equipment manufacturers cover performance.
Utility programs and rates
FortisBC and BC Hydro rates, net-metering and self-generation rules, rebates and tax treatment are set by the utilities, the BC Utilities Commission and governments, and can change or close without notice. Figures here were correct to the best of our knowledge as of October 2026. We confirm what applies to your address in your quote, but we are not responsible for changes to third-party programs. We are not affiliated with FortisBC or BC Hydro.
Power outage information
Our outage guide is general information. We are not a utility and have no access to outage data. For current outages use FortisBC’s or BC Hydro’s outage map or phone line. In an emergency, call 911.
